The interview process was very different than my experiences at other companies I had applied with. I liked HR director called me directly to ask a few questions and get to know me a little bit before my interview. This gave me a better idea of what to expect so I wasn't just blindly walking into an interview with no expectations. I wish all companies did this so that some other interviews didn't feel like such a waste of time. When I came in for my interview everyone was so friendly and made me feel welcome, this definitely made me feel more comfortable before the interview. The office has AMAZING views! Make sure to check out the corner offices when you get there you can see all the way down to the ocean! When I sat down with the management team they got straight into my job history and asked what I was looking for. I liked that they took an interest in me and what I could bring to the company. They talked about the company growing, which interested me as a lot of the other small PR and marketing firms I have worked with were smaller and didn't give much room for growth. After this they brought me back following this interview they brought me in for a few hours to actually see the position and meet the team. I thought this was great as this gave me the opportunity to show them that I can actually do the job I had applied for. I have been working with this company for a bit now and it is great to see the truth in the growth they spoke of. The clients love our office and come by all the time, a lot of other companies don't work that closely with their clients. I look forward to continuing with this company!
