Recruiter reached out via email to schedule a time to go over my professional experience and explain about the position in detail. 1st Red Flag - Recruiter did not know anything about the position. Literally nothing!! I got an email after a week to setup a time with a Hiring Manager (HM). I spoke with HM and few other folks . It was a good discussion. At the end of this round, HM asked me if I can come on-site (HM told recruiter will reach out to me shortly to schedule an on-site interview) I got an email from Recruiter about sending my availabilities and wait for almost 1.5 weeks to hear back from him. After waiting that long, Recruiter said they don't want to proceed further... Redflag 2 - They did not even explained the reason for rejection (especially after asking availabilities) and simply sent the Rejection/ thank you email.. After 3 weeks, I got a call from the recruiter to check if I'm still interested. We spoke over the phone and asked my availability again. I've provided the details and again after 2 weeks without giving any explanation, simply got a 'Rejection' email. Redflag 3 - They literally don't know what they are looking for.. Worst interview experience ever. Not recommended !!
