1. Job application through company website. 2. (2-months later) Informal phone call all about salary requirements. Differed question for many reasons. 3. (2 weeks) 2nd informal phone call. 4. (2 weeks) Formal video interview. 5. (3 weeks) On-site interview lasted 6-hours. Met with several people including lunch with supervisor's peers. Was informed the night before via email while I was still flying in the airplane to provide a presentation for the interview. Unable to provide presentation slides. Was told presentation was an essential part of interview...Gave impromptu presentation with white board and followed by a Q & A session. 6. After interview, was told to submit several prior engineering work documents as work evidence for additional review. 7. (4 weeks) Offered job with low ball offer and minimal relocation. Must negotiate but still a very low ball offer with subpar benefits package. Incompetent HR Recruiting. 8. (2 weeks) Accepted offer for other reasons than comp. Must complete prescreening etc. 9. (6 weeks) Started.
