They call you in for interview and ask you to do a drug test after that they call you back when they received the lab results. If everything is ok, they schedule you for a remedial course for about two to 3 days, and then some more videos to watch.
I started in a separate department in store. I didn't have an interview for the position, I simply transfered departments. When I was first hired I interviewed with the store manager and department manager for the department I started in.

The interview went smoothly. I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was very organized and the employees were friendly.The Customer Service Manager and Meat Manager Hired me on the spot. They asked me questions about different cuts of meat and had me use the saw. Over all it was a good interview and can't wait to start.
