Sat down a few times and was asked about my experience, why I wanted to work there, and how I would benefit the team. Only difficult part was I would not hear back until I went into the store to follow up. Took doing this 3 times to receive an answer as to the status of my interview

I was asked about my experience, why I wanted to work there, and how I would benefit the team.
Filled out application on line…was asked a few days later to come into store 3 management people there in interview…just average questions…I told them positive things I liked about the company…let them know I lived within 2 miles of store…and was eager to work any shift.

You may need to wait, the length for getting a look from then personally took me 6 months. Followed by onboarding process which lasted for a day followed by more
Interview with Department manager normally in person, takes about 30 mins. Easy enough process. Normally you do a quick phone interview or online form before receiving the interview. Took me about 2 days to hear back on a decision.
