Basically ask you questions about yourself and scenarios. They also tell you what to expect while working and tell you certain rules. and tell you how much you get paid. after they tell you to come back for a background check and drug test. after a few days they tell you if it was positive or negative. then they schedule you for orientation. which is on a Saturday. then after that you start working but before that you have to watch videos. then starting training.
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
