Multi stage process including a case work portion on basic agile skills and thought. Great experience and affirmed the culture match that I had sought out. Great interview. I learned alot and felt prepared going into the interview on many levels.

The hr is very professional I must say. The first round is of a case study. You are asked to prepare a project plan for which you are given 2 hours. Post that I was interviewed by the director. I am not sure what they are looking for in a candidate. Everything is regarding the case study. They want you to present it as per their thought process. Your workflow is not needed. No questions around your exp, pm domain, etc.. just the case study. She had many objections.. She said she is running out of time and don't have any time to discuss this further in detail. I mean it is always ok to either extend the interview or talk to him/her again to know them better. Lastly, they are still not getting the right candidate. Many people in my circle have appeared for the interview but not selected. I am receiving calls from third party recruiters almost every other day asking if I am interested. I politely reply I already appeared for the interview few days ago.. Moral of the story.. sell them the project plan. They aren't interested in your exp or anything.
