6 rounds of interview. very long process. took 3 months. 1 MCQ 2 Coding 3 Technical with Senior in office 4 Technical with More Senior in office 5 Core Values 6 Technical with VP where he joined 20 mins late and then 30 mins interview where i was told it will be 15 mins. seems like they don't want to select may be due to budget so planned this interview. very weird. They should value candidate's time and efforts.

4 rounds 1st -> Telephonic Screening for 20-30 mins with the HR 2nd -> Technical round which was set for 1 hour , but extended for 2:30 hrs which was unprofessional. It was basically a question answer round rather than asking what we have worked on. He asked every possible topic you would have known in Java theory. 3rd -> The interviewer found that 2:30 hrs were less to know about a candidate, so they scheduled this round for 45 mins which extended till 1:45 mins. Again, bookish round, unprofessional interviewer. 4th -> They kept a client round as well for 45 mins, coz they couldn't decide whether they found 'the one'. I get a mail that i have cleared all rounds and congratulated me. They asked to upload all docs. Later when i asked for HR discussion, HR said that panelist were not aware that i was to be taken for L2 Job Title , they didn't even read the job profile for which they were hiring. They said I will be okay for L1, for which their hardly has any budget So, no offer. The HR was good in the whole process, it was very poor attitude of the panel and bad communication throughout this process with Publicis Sapient. Please clarify everything before you waste your 5-6 hours of interview.
