I interviewed with the Director of Nursing and the Administrator in a conference room. The interview went well. I answered questions and they answered my questions as well. They gave an overview of the facility and how the daily operations were conducted.

When I arrived for my interview, I checked in and waited to be called. The environment felt welcoming and the staff were friendly. When I met the interviewer, they introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable. They asked me questions about my experience, my skills, and why I wanted the job. The conversation felt natural/a little nerve wracking at first but better as it went on
