This is a pretty easy and straight forward process. As long as you have the required licenses and can pass a background check and have no bankruptcies, you've got the job.

It was fast and pleasant and they took their time to listen to my responses. They were very friendly and asked some really great questions. I was asked about my relevant experiences, and how despite having gaps in my resume, how I thought I could contribute to the goals of the company.
