i enjoyed the entire process of the interview start to finish. i met with the recruiter and she explained what would be discussed during our time. First an overall of the company, FSA position and background. Then we went through my resume. I did most of the speaking here, describing in detail my past expereince and how it would relate to this position. I had a very positive feeling from the end of the interview and could her interest in me. After there was a 37 question assesment test, th would at had some gmat style questions. Passing score was 55, i received a 78. Then i was emailed and online personality test to complete as well. The Following week i was contacted and told that the manager would be calling to set up a 2nd interiew.
