I was reached out to by the Head of People & Culture (HM for Recruiting team) prior and stayed in touch for future openings. I only considered the opportunity because of him.
The interview process was short and concise with specific questions digging into my background, unique situations, and problem solving/team culture related topics.
My experience meeting the team and learning more about the company was REALLY amazing. My sole purpose in finding my next job was to make sure the team I would join would be AWESOME led by a great manager. He made a great impression overall and was the main reason I considered my offer.
