The interview process was pretty easy and laid back, even though they made it seem difficult. THe first one was a one on one with the basic questions and a math test. After that i was asked back to another interview with 3 people who asked behavioral type questions. The 3rd interview was with the manager of the branch, who are the end offered me the position.
Foi uma conversa onde se foca muito no pessoal, talvez para trabalhar suas possível fraquezas para a proposta ser conforme o seu cenário. No mais é interessante, talvez eu use em algum momento.
The interview went better than what I had expected! The hiring manager asked relevant questions and was engaging during the session. Was offered the role a month after the final interview.
A Recruiter reached out to explain the role and the interview steps and to set up an interview. First Interview was a video call with a panel of three people from senior management.
