I was reached out through email, and later a phone screening and then in-person interview at their office. It was supposed to be an interview with two people and only one person showed up. Question were very general and during the later half of the interview, the recruiter used white board to explain their hierarchy and growth opportunities within the company.

3 interview process. First more learning about role and company. Second more standard question answer interview. Third interview with a new manager to see if you are a good fit. Interview process was good and fair. Learn a lot about role during process and expectations.
