First had a phone screening which lasted about 20-30 min and was asked behavioral questions and was also asked to talk about myself and my interests. Was then invited for an in-person interview on site which was also mostly behavioral . Received offer two weeks later

Very friendly interviewer, one on one. Mainly interested in behavioral skills, goals, and why I wanted to work for Prudential. Interested in those who enjoy working with others. Want to make sure you are working in a field that you are passionate about and will succeed in.
