2 interviews - first was with HR where she asked questions about my experience and why some of my roles were short despite my CV clearly stating those roles were Fixed Term Contracts. The second interview was in person at their office where I had a talk with 2 other people and then right after that I had to do a 3 hour long retouching test with different guidelines to follow. During my test I was sat between a retoucher and the head of retouching and they were talking back and forth over me which was distracting. Also at one point a family came in for a tour and stood behind me for awhile while the head of retouching was talking to them about the place etc. really off putting when you’re doing a test, having people talk and watch you while you’re trying to do your thing.
