We started with introductions, talked about our private lives, my experiences inside IT and Dereck explained to me what Provolve IT is about. He told me he doesn't like to rush the interview and was looking for a good match on both sides. After we ended the interview, I had a couple of questions I forgot to ask during the interview and Dereck provided me with the answers on chat. Derreck asked me for two referrals to contact. He called them for about 10 to 15 minutes and asked them a couple of questions about the person I am to them. After that, Derreck and I agreed to do the second interview to talk about what we could do for each other if we worked together. The second interview we talked about Provolve IT what they stand for and what the vision is. And we talked about my experiences and what my vision is for the future. We both decided that we matched very well and that Provolve IT would make me an offer. The same day, we both accepted the offer and I joined Provolve IT. Dereck continued the process by helping me to make the transition as smooth as possible. My experience was: The interview was very relaxing and refreshing.
