Terrible process. Got an email from the recruiter about my availability who setup the interview after multiple follow ups. Had a great interview with the director who informed me that I will hear back in a day or 2. Despite repeated follow ups, recruiter never got back. Finally she let me know I am shortlisted and I will hear back soon on next steps. And bang, no response again for multiple days. Finally after 2.5 weeks, they rejected me. Absolutely terrible process.
