Just the normal interview questions were asked and some situational too. I just based mostly my answer on what I have experienced with my previous jobs as a nurse. Just relax and be yourself.

One on one interview on Teams. Questions to determine if you're a good fit for the unit. Also will ask what you know about the organization and why you want to work for them.

Entrevista
The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
