2 rounds of interview , first it is online through a website which is all behavioral questions, I had 7 and second round is with a senior employee in the position, its a 45 minute video interview

PSJH is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. We start our meetings with a prayer or reflection, and the sign of the cross is on our logo and openly displayed in and on our buildings. We are a mission driven organization. Our five core values are Compassion, Dignity, Justice, Excellence, and Integrity. How do our values align with yours?
The inital interview was a text self paced screening, I received no call back. The texts were basic questions covering experience, and education with a few knowledge based ones near the end that needed answered.

The Application process is very Automated. everything was done with email, then will get questions texted to you by robot. No actual recruiter. Negative experience. The interview experience was average.
