It was laid back, easy going, and very open. I was initially contacted by the hiring director and with the assistant of their hiring coordinator, I was scheduled 2 interviews, one with a Board of Director and one with the hiring director for the hospitalist group. They were very quick about responding back and replied back with their offer within one week of last interview.
