Applied online and got a callback and scheduled a phone interview within a week. The phone interview was straightforward. They're very open-minded and value your opinion when it comes to the interview.
The only thing was I was told I would get a callback whether or not I was going to move forward but I never did.

I applied online and the manager reached out to me via email to offer me an interview. she brought me in and I spoke with her for about 10 minutes and then she took me on the unit and introduced me to the nurses and other staff.
