The interview was given as a phone screen for a position on the float pool unit. It was on the phone with human resources and it had to do with telling me about the position and what it entails or what would be required of me and then asked me about four basic questions about the unit.

Interview was fast and simple , with only a few questions and a case study. It was about a total of 30 minutes with a panel of three people, for me at least.

Wasn’t with actual hiring manager. Interviewer talked most of the interview. Otherwise the process was okay. Got to tour the unit post interview which was helpful for making a decision

What is an example of a time you had a special connection with a patient?
It starts with an interview with the recruiter. They send your information to the manager. I got an interview with 2 clinical supervisors. It was fairly easy since they asked basic questions that hospitals usually ask.
