I applied online on the Providence website and got an email from Talent Acquisition within 2-3 weeks. After that email, I had a phone interview. I passed that phone interview and got an in-person interview at a clinic.

Got called the next day, interview was easily setup. The interviewers were very nice and made you feel at ease. The interview was via zoom which was nice. The whole process took nearly a month though.

I had a couple text interviews and then was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. I dialed in at the interview time and waited 20 minutes and they never showed up. The only contact info I had was for the recruiter who finally got back to me a week after the scheduled interview and said that the hiring manager was cancelling the interview and would get back to me if they resumed interviews.
