The first interviewer was late. A second interviewer was even more late and seemed to be dragged into the interview last minute and wasn't prepared to turn on their camera. The first interviewer had the second interviewer lead the interview which they weren't prepared to do. They mostly focused on my ability to work remote versus my experience in Human Resources. Overall, the interview had a rough start and I didn't feel they were being respectful to me.
