I was first contacted by an HR representative by phone whom screened me for salary requirements, location preference, etc. I then had a phone interview with a manager whom asked me both technical questions and non-technical (behavior) questions. This was followed by a second phone interview with another manager whom also asked a mix of technical, non-technical questions. Lastly, I met with a company partner for a face-to-face interview, which again mixed different types of questions.
