It was a four step interview process. First, I was interviewed by the person who was the direct supervisor of the position. Then I interviewed with the Director and the VP, separately. My last interview was a Peer Interview with the team members who would be my co-worker. Each interview was structured, but was also laid back, professional, and almost conversational. I enjoyed the process and really felt like I was fully welcome in the department by the time I was hired.
