Entrevista
The interview process typically takes place across 2 face to face meetings. First with the clinical director (COO) and then with the CEO. Interview questions at the BCBA level were primarily based upon clinical competence. The clinical director asked specific questions about behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies as well as some examples of graphs showing skill acquisition with behavior reduction.
