The process was simple. First was a aptitude test. It included question from logical reasoning, error finding and output prediction of a code snippet. Then there were 3-4 simple basic coding question. After this round, some candidates were shortlisted based on there resume and test result. Next process was technical interviews and HR interview. There were 2 technical interviews in which they judged my basic handle on java and asked questions based on my resume.
