It was a case study, which they sent you the day before, and a behavioral interview with 2 different people. The process was very laid back, fun, and enjoyable. It only took 2 days to hear back from them.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
