Per prima cosa sono stata contattata da Protiviti via email per poter definire un giorno per il colloquio telefonico. Dopo il colloquio telefonico sono stata invitata a svolgere un assessment day a Milano e successivamente ho svolto un colloquio in videochiamata con le manager della struttura. Dopo un giorno ho ricevuto il feedback.

Quick 20 min phone call with recruiter. They ask you behavioral questions and your background. Wasn't too bad felt more like a conversation but they are very picky when it comes to second round in terms of your background really needing to fit the role to a T.

Simple behavioral and case interview. One of the most supportive interview environments I've been in and really appreciated it. Behavioral was very standard and case is given before hand. Case was pretty simple, a diagram that you have to analyze and you get a day to think about it. Not too much stress testing, overall pretty good experience.
Great experience! The employees were truly amazing—welcoming and knowledgeable. The interview had two parts: the first half focused on behavioral questions, while the second half involved analyzing and solving a case study.
