On campus interview. Case and behavioral. Case objectives were not clearly defined. They gave me a paper to review. When they returned I shared my initial thoughts expecting to dive deeper into the case but that was the entire case.

Very kind and enjoyable process with those who I spoke to. The case interview was interesting and I found the discussion to be insightful and exciting concerning the future with the company.

Tell me how this process could be made more efficient
Both behavioral and case interview. Interviewers were friendly and made an effort to get to know me as a whole person. Both interviewers answered my questions about the company very openly and gave me a lot of insight into the consulting world.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with a consultant, then an in person case interview and coffee with a consultant at the office. Overall, it took a little over a month and they were very responsive to all of my questions through email.

On the phone screens it was just behavioral and getting to know me. In the case it was more specific to the case and they wanted to see how I approached and walked through the given issue.
