Very unstructured. They attempted to use a behavioral interview format, but did not really stay on point. They did 75% of the talking instead of the other way around. After I got hired, I found out that they just use whoever is available in the office. No real training involved. The first phone interview was not even with a trained HR professional. If you know the basics on auditing, you will sail right through.

I had two rounds of interviews. In the first round, I went through two interviews. The first was a discussion about my experience and previous work, and the second was a consulting case interview. The second round with the director was a general discussion about experience and technical knowledge.

Entrevista
The interview process was great, starting with the talent team and going through to meeting with the Director group. It was seemless and well structured, overall a really good experience.
