It's been years since I went through the process, but based on the people that they've been hiring lately I'd say they aren't too picky and feel that any monkey can do the job and hire the first warm body through the door.

Very efficient and quick in their hiring process. They are also very thoroughle and explain everything and make you aware of the company, history, and future. First the Phone interview, then 1 on 1 with personnel, then meet with your immediate supervisor then a group interview, then your hired.
