Entrevista
Started with an interview on the phone, about fifteen minutes. The in-person interview was about an hour and a half of different players coming in to talk to you, then a short tour around the office. It was relatively relaxed for a job interview. There wasn't too much having to repeat yourself, and each person who interviewed you did a really good job of getting you excited about the company's mission. I don't remember a specific question, but the conversations in general were very value-based- talk about what the company valued and questions about your values and gauging whether those matched. (Professionally, not personally.)

I had two phone calls from a recruiter. The recruiter made sure that the position was a fit for me and for the company. They later brought me in for two hours, and I met with several members of the management team.

Recruiter emailed me saying he had a perfect job to discuss with me. Asked when i could talk, we set up a time for the enxt day - all when just fine until the first question. It did set the stage well. The rest was fairly generic questioning that I felt was a waste of my time. Not a good reason to pursue it any further as I am happy in my current job
