Through staffing agency, I was able to get a phone interview. A week later I was invited to come back on-site for an interview. The interview was great. I had an interview with one recruiter then place with HR Data Manager and HRIS Assistant for round 2 interview. In the end, we both ran out of questions to ask each other. They said they would make a decision in a couple of mins. Three minutes later, they send the HRIS Assistant to escort me out. She mentions that the recruiter was in a meeting and never told me when they would update me or keep in touch with me. Unfortunately, I guess they were expecting to have a perfect candidate that only wants to handle computer data entry and not both human contact and data entry. The only thing I can say is that they do not give the recent graduate a chance to prove their performance base on their limited experience.
