It was smooth, first i had to wait 1 hour for my number to come, then finally I got in. Interviewer were good, they gave me good advice about my career. They explained clearly what they are looking for and what they are expecting from the candidates. Overall it was good experience.

Just two rounds. Both conducted by the sales managers. These were both personal one on one interviews. I guess the idea was to assess your communication skills, ability to handle pressure, professional outlook, stability and personality. You could be asked a scenario based question. I was told about the whole job description and asked if I could handle it. The JD being, a lot of pitching sales over the phone and taking clients in site visits all over Bangalore in weekends.
