CEO and CTO is rude to me because I am a fresh graduate. Initially they didn't want to hire me. But because they felt that I am a Singaporean, that can give them the ability to have more hiring quota to hire additional Indian workers. They then hired me and expect me to pick up java programming myself without coaching.

A take-home test on CSV file parsing was given to me, and I devoted significant effort to ensuring that it was executed flawlessly while fulfilling all of the necessary requirements. Despite my diligence, I received an abrupt rejection without any substantial feedback provided. I found this to be discourteous, particularly given the level of diligence and attention to detail I had put into the task. It leads me to wonder if there were other unspoken factors at play in the decision-making process.
