I applied for the position through a recruiter, and the entire process took approximately three weeks from start to finish. During that time, I completed three rounds of interviews with different team members, each focusing on various aspects of my experience, skills, and fit for the role.

After the initial phone screening, there are 2 rounds with 2 interviews each. The 1st round is a mini case/context interview and a take-home, where you're expected to build a deck and present it during the interview with a Q&A after. I was informed that my third interview needed to be rescheduled and was asked to make myself available early the following week, however, I received no follow-up to set a new time/date. I followed up again with no response back. I had put a lot of effort into building my deck and prepping for the case interviews, and I was so excited about this opportunity. The lack of communication felt unprofessional and frustrating. Transparency matters, and ghosting candidates lacks decency and isn’t acceptable.
