Applied online, HR called for general screening check. In person interview arranged in the office and met the Hiring manager. Situational assessment and followed by behavioural questions. Was informed that there will be confirmation to proceed to the next round (or not) within a week. Ghosted in the end. No surprises there.

Behavorial questions mainly on motivation and why you leave your current job, Seems more concerned about your past history (ie. what your current company does to make you leave, etc) rather than preparing you for the future (ie. getting the job and how you will fit)
