Sent in my resume through their online form and was contacted by one of their recruitment agents the day after. Had an initial screening interview with the agent, which was 3rd party, to help them reduce the noise of applications, and was sent onwards to next set of interviews. The second set of interviews was with their VP of engineering and one of their team leaders, and another with the CEO.
