Just finished watching Better Call Saul S04E09, very upset. I am the same as Jimmy.
When I submitted my resume, I saw that the company's official website thought they were great. But in the end, I was very disappointed, not because there was no offer but because they were irresponsible.
The interview process is about three weeks.
The first step is some daily conversations, recording videos.
The second is the online judgement of IQ, EQ etc.
After that, a technical test. I took five days to make a demo and put it on GitHub.
Finally, the interview came on Monday.
At the end of the interview, they told me that reply would be within two days. I waited until 5 pm on Wednesday, no response. After I had to email them, they responded very quickly to me with a copy and paste template.
I am very angry, I feel that I have not received respect.
An email of more than two hundred words, no word is sincere. All are templates. Even if there is a sentence to point out my weak point. None!
People should respect each other.
