Easy, interviewed with the director and my main supervisor, questions related to the job and ideas I has, but nothing was out of the ordinary or shocking. Most questions were about my previous positions and if I would be comfortable in this new role.
Interview was pleasant.staff there are very nice, they don't try to intimidate you and do a great job at letting you know what will be expected of you if you are hired. The process involves an interview with human resources coordinator and then moves up to the coordinator of the area you want to work at (day program or residential)
