The interview process had 2 stages with 2 different managers. The first part was more technical, and the second part was more conversational. Nothing to worry about: Just do your homework before! I am deeply sad to take the interview and getting to know this company better. Even though, I got the job! I am sad because, Prometeia, I am sorry but you are interviewing clever people and trying to bring them on board. You have 3 offices, one in Turkey. All of the offices have 5+ partners, whereas Turkey has only 1. Staff to Partner ratio, which we call leverage ratio in the industry, is like 60 in Turkey(Since there is one partner, it makes the calculation easier). When someone approaches the Italy office, you ignore all of their e-mails but when the same individual applies to the Turkey office, you will be like: Oh, of course. Please come on in and drink our tea. Really? Is this the culture that you are trying to brag about? Culture is about unity, or am I missing something? Sad, really sad. I am very sorry to the Turkish colleagues.
