Entrevista
A pretty straightforward Process.
First the HR calls you and asks a set of technical pre-prepared questions with simple answers that she can cross check. eg:
- What's a cookie?
- A session is maintained at the server side or client side?
-How to automatically cache a file and how to bust the cache?
If you answer them correctly the HR sets you up for a telephonic interview with a senior developer.
The telephonic screening involves answering a standard set of 5-8 questions that they ask every interviewee.
A satisfactory response to these questions will earn you a face to face interview call with a panel of Swedish and Indian interviewers.
They will make you feel comfortable, get a little background from you and then start asking you questions based on your competency. The answers may not have to be perfect to the T. Convicition and confidence is what they primarily look at. Of course you can not just try to fool them with confidence without having any knowledge of your area of expertise whatsoever.
The interview may last around an hour and then you can ask them whatever you wish and they will answer it patiently.
