The interview was extremely brief and pleasant. I told them what my current compensation is and start date would have to be. They sent me an offer letter with lower compensation than discussed and moved the start date up to earlier than I could start. When I asked about the compensation, they immediately rescinded the offer. Looks like I dodged a bullet.
