Entrevista
The interviewer was 25 minutes late and seemed completely unprepared, lacking knowledge about the organization and the recruitment process when answering my questions. It felt more like a practice call, as there were long pauses throughout the conversation.

Entrevista
The office recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I was interested in the opportunity, and she recommended me for a phone interview with the team manager, which the manager no-showed. At that point, I was offered an in-person interview, which led to a final interview they rescheduled twice, since a senior sales director was not available.
Once we had my final interview, I was told I would receive an update by the following Tuesday. It's been almost two weeks since the final, and nothing but radio silence. I assume at this point I will not be getting an offer, but I was told I'd receive an update regardless.
In short, the process was chaotic and the office seems very unorganized. The company was not very respectful of my time, but the interview process taught me a lot about interviewing for a business development role. This was a good learning experience overall, but not a good look for Progressive.
