HR staff was incredible in followup until the team decided to repost the job for a different set of skills. Management team was inexperienced in conducting interviews, especially the panel interview. The skills test was unprofessional and poorly constructed. Bottom line is they did not know what they really wanted and wasted the interviewee's time.
