There was a brief interview with a recruiter followed by a Hirevue recorded interview. I was then interviewed by the hiring manager over Zoom. It was streamlined and very efficient with clear expectations set along the way.

Entrevista
First an over the phone interview to discuss my leadership, team and personal goals. We reviewed my time so far here at Progressive Leasing and what most enjoyed about my tenure. Followed up by a HireVue (video interview questions) I was a little stressed about what questions were going to pop up, but they were very valid yet involved questions that I enjoyed answering.

Entrevista
I received a phone call and initial phone interview from Brian Fraley. He then sent me a link to Hirevue which I completed. The hiring manager reviewed the Hirevue and I had an over the phone interview with him. After the interview with the hiring manager I had an over the phone interview with the V.P. over Regional Sales. I am an internal candidate and both the V.P. and hiring manager knew me before the interviews. I say this because I know that they typically like to do face to face interviews for these positions.
