I applied at the very beginning of a month. The same day I was asked to take an employment assessment. Not just your typical personality assessment! Included math questions and how you would handle customer situations. Was told it could take up to 3 days to hear about next step. Received email with employee assessment result the very next day indicating I was qualified for resume review and possible phone interview. Received email to schedule interview the following day. Completed first interview 6 days after originally applying. Straight forward interview. Make sure you study up on the company and job description, have clear answers for why you’re leaving current job, and have several specific situations you can talk about. Recruiter said I would hear back about first interview within 3 business days but could take up to 4-8 weeks for Hiring managers to make a decision if they move forward with a candidate. Was told next step if I did move forward was a background check and to complete ASAP to expedite the hire process if they want to make offer. Received background check same day. Check took 3 days to complete after I submitted my info. Received email in two business days from previous interview asking to schedule final interview. This is the interview with the hiring manager. This was a review of previous questions asked and a great opportunity to ask job specific questions that the recruiter may not have the answer to. Was told it would be at least 7 days before I heard back, but received offer very next day. Overall, process took about 2 weeks in total. Study up on the company and possible questions tackle it with confidence and you’ll do great!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
